Patersons has built a range of Value Added Services into Logon2, our online payroll system. These services bring our clients additional benefits, further simplifying their payroll operations, reducing their costs and futureproofing their businesses.

A Single Contract
Patersons offers a single contract in one currency worldwide. Available currencies are £GBP, $US, Euro and $ Singapore.

Vendor Management of Sub-Contractors
Patersons employs rigid Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure that sub contractors deliver to standard, within budget and on time.

Integrated International Payroll Workflow
Logon2 provides an end-to-end solution for payroll processing which includes a global dashboard showing the user the status of each payroll worldwide.

The payroll cycle is controlled at each point of the data flow. When the payroll is complete the users are pushed through a review of payroll results and an approval process, all of which is time stamped. At the end of the approval workflow the user can automatically generate the general ledger and payment files anywhere worldwide. At the end of the pay cycle a report is produced giving every user action for the entire pay cycle time stamped.

Integrated Support
Patersons systems support the transfer of support calls, via VoIP, Case Management and CRM, directly to our global service centres. Patersons enforces full SLA management and measurement to maintain service levels.

Treasury Management
In partnership with Citicorp, Patersons can deliver international Treasury services directly from one Logon2 application. Logon2 fully integrates with Citicorps own systems giving the ability to create any payment type (International ACM, Local ACM) worldwide including the Forex transaction for all major currencies (excluding countries with currency restrictions).

Patersons drives a rapid ROI for companies that use Logon2 via increased efficiency and automation.

Automatic Updates
Logon2 is an entirely online service, with all statutory updates, upgrades and backups handled automatically by Patersons as they happen, without additional fees. Clients need not devote time and resources to such issues.

Patersons Community Website offers a wide range of benefits to clients, including webinars, a user forum, online training resources, a newsroom and knowledge base.

Pay Advices Made Available Anywhere in the World
Payslips are available online to employees within 24-48 hours of being paid into their bank account, through our partnership with Fuji Xerox.
