We are also in the process of developing in-house payroll teams in Spain, Germany, Italy, India, Thailand and Korea.

We Believe in Flexibility

At Patersons we are able to offer a completely flexible and unique three-tiered solution to your international payroll processing needs. Patersons Solution is:

• a BACS accredited bureau able to provide a fully outsourced payroll bureau service with the flexibility to bring payroll back in-house at any time
• fully integrated with Citibank's international salary transfer solution via our own Logon2 software

We appreciate that circumstances of organisations change and our solution has been designed to address this. We offer an individual service tailored to meet the unique and changing needs of your organisation. We do not expect you to bend to fit in with our solutions.

Three Tier Service
You can choose one of three international payroll services:

Tier 1 - Totally Outsourced Solution
Patersons inputs all the payroll data, processes the payroll, fulfills all month and year-end routines and ensures associated tax compliance. Our own Logon2 solution is used to deliver payroll information back to the client securely in real-time. You have access to customised management reports and can carry out enterprise-wide bespoke payroll analysis, all at the touch of a button.

Tier 2 - Partially Outsourced Solution
Retain your own responsibility for data inputting, but pass the monthly processing to us and we will coordinate BACS payments, produce and distribute payslips and provide customised management reports.

Tier 3 - An In-House Solution
Be fully responsible for processing your own payrolls and simply rent the application. Logon2 is a web-based solution, so any upgrades or changes in the payroll rules engine are automatically loaded to one central location that is immediately available to you. We will provide a managed service covering full support and maintenance and secure backup of your data.
