What We Do
Patersons is a global HR & payroll Software-as-a-Service company, utilising our own state-of-the-art software developed in-house. We provide both a global payroll solution and global enterprise HR software.
Using our global network of partners we can deliver payroll services via the internet in over 160 countries worldwide through our multi-lingual, multi-currency solution. Our advanced technology means we can deliver HR and payroll to any country across the globe no matter how many employees there are in each country. This can be as diverse as 120,000 in America or two employees in Kazakstan, three in Turkey and five in Russia. Our clients are typically multi-country, multi-location with disparate employee populations ranging from 100 upwards.
We offer our clients one software solution across the globe through a single contract.
Patersons HR and payroll service delivery model provides a local service by a local expert through the company’s standard global technology platform. This overcomes service delivery around different time zones, the complexity of each country’s legislation, languages and local banking system. As they are independent, the local payroll bureau, who is an approved partner is selected to meet the client’s exact requirements in any particular country.
In addition, Patersons provides payroll through their own in-house teams across the USA, Canada, UK & Ireland, France, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, the Phillipines and Japan. Currently under development are Spain, Germany, Italy, India, Thailand and Korea.
To support our global clients from sales through implementation and support, we also have regional offices in US, Paris, Singapore and Shanghai, with headquarters based in the UK. This also allows us to easily support our global relationships with outsourcing advisors and consultancies.
Patersons unique software is a full international payroll and global HCM application. It is feature rich and as comprehensive as most major ERP systems. It includes full HR, expatriate management, recruitment applicant tracking, performance management, integrated workflow, leave management, time and attendance, content management together with employee self-service and benefits admin. All available localised and in 30 languages worldwide. Included is a Global Treasury Management system covering: calculation of payroll and generation of a payment file that provides mainframe links to Citicorp, Bank of America and Wachovia Bank for local or international ACH or wire transfers originating directly from the Logon2 software.
