Kephanie Landess
Vice President Global Sales
Kephanie Landess joined Patersons in June 2009. As VP of Global Sales, Kephanie has responsibility for the Global Sales Organization, Account Management and Channel Partners.
Kephanie graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1994, where she earned a Bachelor in Business Administration in Finance. Upon graduating from the University of Tennesse, Kephanie joined Clayton Homes where she began her career as a Payroll Manager for their retail division where she was responsible for multi state payroll and successfully lead an Infinium Software Implementation conversion from ADP.
After Clayton Homes, Kephanie worked for Infinium Software as an Implementation Consultant, Implementing HR, Payroll and Benefits technology solutions. Kephanie was named “Rookie of the Year, 1998” for her ability to successfully implement one of Infinium’s largest clients in record time.
In the late 1990’s Kephanie joined Ceridian and remained there till 2008. Her most recent position was Vice President, Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) Solutions. During her 9½ year career at Ceridian, Kephanie made significant improvements in many areas of Sales Process Design. In 2007 Kephanie was awarded the title of “The Difference Maker of the Year, 2007” for her instrumental role in many key wins, attention to detail and overall impact to the success of the business.
